Place was nice bathrooms a bit dated. Pealing wall paper. Strange high pitched sound occasionally coming from upstairs bathroom which would last for several minutes. Overall really enjoyed our stay

Everything was great! The only thing I would like to have had was maybe some cleaning supplies for the kitchen and bathroom. Even single use wipes to disinfect so that people weren't taking entire bottles of cleaning supplies home. Maybe just sample sizes of cleaning supplies? I would also have liked to know more about the history of the house. This would be cool to have to owners write a small bit about the home. Thank you all for being so great!!

The cabin was everything we expected! The booking process online went very well. When I spoke with your office staff they were pleasant and answered all my questions. The only suggestion is that you should deliver location information sooner. If we were separated from others in our party, I would have liked to share cabin location at least one day before arrival date.

We have stayed in over 15 different Cabins in the Gatlinburg area; this was a first with your company. The customer service was friendly and helpful, we had to change cabins just days before our arrival and had no problems doing so. We used the free ticket program to go to Dollywood and that went smooth as well. We have no reason not to use you again.

I loved the decor and layout of the cabin, but for the amount of money, it could use some cosmetic repair and dusting. The parking was a challenge. Perhaps in the future I would like a cabin closer to the parkway like we have had in the past. Our large cabin we had rented twice a few years ago was directly off the parkway near your old rental agency office. All in all, it was a lovely trip. We did not have the opportunity to use our daily passes because we were quite busy with family. The other half of our family was also located in Sevierville, but an hour from our cabin. I should have asked more about the location. We lost a lot of time going back and forth which was not your fault. I miss the mountains of Tennessee! I had forgotten how absolutely beautiful and breathtaking they are! Your courtesy and beautiful setting was something I definitely miss having lived in Richmond for 46 years. Nothing can compare! Everything went very well. The only thing we really don’t/didn’t like is not knowing how far it was away from town and no one telling us about the horrible drive up there and the driveway itself. I know there is nothing Auntie Belham’s can do about all that EXCEPT telling people about it. I called and asked about it and just let getting told different things. We did not want to be that far from town and I feel like we were sort of deceived.

Ooh my goodness it was great . Had no problems with the cabin. Great view and loved the cabin itself. It was beautiful every room had jacuzzi in them me and my friends really loved that. It was wonderful. I would love to have this cabin again. It would have been even better with a arcade game in it but it was great anyway. We really enjoyed it. You guys are great. I also love being in the mountains.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The cabin was very clean and we loved the layout. The only thing missing was enough washcloths for the persons sleeping on the pullouts.

Directions good. Property was nice. A bit steep on the road. Delivered all that was described on line. Perhaps suggest to owner possible "complimentary gigs" per day. Any more used billed as add-on. Enjoyed our second stay with you.

We ran totally out of water when my husband was in the middle of his shower and totally soaped up. I had washed two loads of clothes that day and I guess the well had to fill up the storage tank. You should tell people that at check in.

We loved the cabin. It was beautiful and perfect for our groups needs. We did lose power one night and there were no lanterns to use and ALL of the flashlights batteries were dead. We all had to sit in complete darkness with only a few cell phones to light our paths. Better power outage supplies are a must.

I want to thank Lauren and John for assisting with the issue of the fireplace and hot tub. We appreciate what you all did to correct the issue with refund and show tickets, but it was sad that the beginning of our trip was so cold and the fireplace would have been a charm in our visit as it got hotter the last few days of our trip :( The pool table needs leveling badly, the two head of the dinning table seats need to be tightened up as they sink badly and we need pillows to sit up on the table, need a cutting board, the main floor bed did not have a bedspread, upstairs bedroom did not have a DVD player. Overall the stay was fantastic, we all really enjoyed our time. The big treat was the Morels we found and enjoyed so much.

very nice place but I feel it had not been rented for a while. It would be nice if before a renter arrives someone go and refresh the house,make sure heat is up or air is set if needed. do a once over, we had to have someone come out and clean the hot tube and they were blowing leaves as we arrived and we were late getting there. the cover was off the grill, had alittle musty smell. this might sound picky but just how I see it. I will rent from you in the futher.

We booked (It's A Wonderful Life) cabin and from start to finish, reservation and check-in were awesome. Theresa and the rest of the staff were the most friendly, helpful, and professionl from the beginning of our telephone converstations when booking through arrival and check-in. The directions to the cabin were easy to follow and lead us to our beautiful cabin home that we enjoyed the entire weekend. A little about the cabin. Upon arrival we noticed that the cabin had not been throughly cleaned on the outside and some areas on the inside could really use some attention. There was tons of sticks, leaves, and debis all on the front entrance to the cabin. We actually had to take a broom and sweep the that area off. There were cob webs every where from the light fixtures on the outside to the wooden chairs on the porch. There were huge spiders imbedded between the wooden bars on the chairs and we wouldn't allow the children to sit in them from fear of them being bitten. There were tons of branches that hung over and covered the front entrance to the cabin, making it hard to walk out front without having to duck down to avoid from being face swiped by a branch. Those could use some serious trimming. The inside of the cabin was beautitul but the furnishings could use some serious cleaning and updating. The chairs were stained and had a slight smell to them. The downstairs area reaked the smell of mold and mildew and was almost to the point of not being able to bear it. Great thing we traveled with Lysol. It appears that because the hot tub is on this level, there might be a slight problem with people getting in and out of the hot tub and walking directly into the cabin. The carpet in the main floor bedroom was stained and also had a slight smell. The supply of plates and glasses were not enough for everyone to drink out of and I had a party of (10) people. I agree with the majority of the reviews for this cabin about the water pressure and supply. When water is on in one area of the cabin, the supply is none for all other areas. We had to continue to wait until each of us (10) people take a shower one by one. This makes no sense when there are (3) and 1/2 bathrooms and a kitchen. The owners really need to consider doing some serious upgrading of the furniture and other things that could make the stay more convenient. All else was great. The group totally enjoyed the beautiful view and everyone had an amazing stay otherwise. The hardest part was leaving when it was time to go. Your staff is totally amazing and I know these cabins are individually owned so please pass these comments along to the owners. I will be using your rental company again for future reservations. Thanks for everything.

As always your service was outstanding. The cabin was beautiful. Just disappointing when I got a bill for internet after we left. I have been going to Gatlinburg for 20 years and have never had that happen. I would rather have you say there is no internet in the cabin then charge me $90.00 afterward.

Cabin accommodations, booking experience, and user-friendly website all rated a 10! We did not utilize the free tickets this time around, but we participated in zip lining last year and loved it. The program is very valuable as it allows us to try new things. Had a great stay as always!

The cabin was phenomenal. Very clean and well maintained. The only minor issue was that if anyone was using any kind of hot water in one area of the house, the rest of the house was cold water only. Once we figured it out it wasn't a big deal to time showers with dishes etc. But with the Jacuzzi tubs it would have been nice to not have to think about water rations!!! But overall it was a marvelous time and we loved every minute of it.

Overall, visit was exceptional!! The hot water heater did not quite meet the day-to-day needs.If the water was running in any part of the cabin, you couldn't get hot water anywhere else. But other than that, it was amazing and a great experience.

Great job, maintenance man responded timely & made needed repair on first trip! He was nice, with a great attitude, especially the day before Thanksgiving. I suggest cleaning crew check all lights while prepping/cleaning & have replacement bulbs available for lamps they can access & change (one blew out in lamp in main living area near doors to deck). Overall very good experience. The family was impressed with spaciousness & accommodations, especially for the for the little one. I enjoyed the great kitchen area & gas fireplaces (no smoke!). Needless to say the billiard/game room was a hit with everyone.

Beautiful cabin. It was clean and the furnishings were nice. The kitchen was nice, need to sharpen the knives or provide a sharpener. They were do dull could not cut a load of bread. Each bedroom was nice and the beds comfy. The downstairs toilet immediately stopped up and a maintenance person was quick to have someone fix it. It rained two of the three days we were actually there (not including Monday or Friday). We still enjoyed the main deck each morning. The gutters do need to be cleaned, when we went out the dining room door to get to the deck water spilled over the gutters and so we had to start using the other door beside the fireplace, but then had to work around the couch. Not a big deal in the scheme of things. Now for the bad part, we got to the office to check in and my husband took out his credit card to charge the balance. The lady at the desk quickly plucked his card out of his hand and started running it through the machine like she was fearful he was going to take something and leave. She didn't want to answer any questions until he had paid (or at least that was how he felt). He got the feeling they were more interested in his money than his vacation experience. We have always stayed at Fireside Chalets in Pigeon Forge and he said he just felt like they really appreciated his business. However, the lady who waited on us explained everything and was polite. I personally had no problems with her, but missed the first part of check in walking our dog. Also, the couple who stayed in the downstairs bedroom found a pair of black panties in a drawer. Fortunately, they were new. Behind the end table in the main bedroom are numerous torn playing cards. I found them when my husband's glasses fell behind the table when clearing it off to leave. I have a bad hip and knee and had a hard enough time getting his glasses but thought you might want to check it out. Also, as a final comment, the book we were given under checking out states in the summer to put the AC on 75, the paper under the control in the main room states to put the AC on 78 when leaving.

Reservation rep was friendly, knowledgeable,& very helpful. The cabin was clean, however several doors (mainly bathrooms) including downstairs bedroom would not lock. This is important when there are several people in & out, as privacy is essential. The ceiling fans were on "high" and could not be regulated, which made for wither cool or hot-regulating HVAC was tricky at best. We would have enjoyed the coupons if they could have been used on our exit day, dissappointed they could not.

We rated the cabin accommodations to be a 10/10. Our favorite amenity on this Smoky Mountain Adventure pass was the Free move rentals. This is our 13th year staying with Auntie Belham's and we have never been disappointed. Our cabins are always cozy, comfy, and the staff go above and beyond to make sure everything is easy to reserve and enjoyable. This time we brought extended family and they loved it! THANKS FOR BEING AWESOME!!

Overall our experience was great. Check in was effortless and the cabin was very clean and as pictured. The only problem was the sheets didnt fit the bed well. They came off completely with the slighttest movement and by every morning we would be sleeping on the bare matress (ugh). This is only half a star off but that wasn't an option. The dvd player in the upstairs room did not work. Not a deal breaker but we did want to use it. There were plenty of dishes for a party of 8+ and the kitchen was well equipped. Hot tub worked great and there were lots of games and movies for the kiddies.
